Great location in the center of town, close to everything. Rooms were cozy and staff was hospitable and helpful. Breakfast had a superb view of the Swiss Alps. Parking was included. Hotel facilities were amazing, including a beautiful spa and large indoor pool accessible to children.

This is no doubt the best place to stay in Crans! Everything was perfect: well trained staff, tastefully decorated rooms, breathtaking view from the terrace, excellent breakfast, fresh fruits and flowers, slippers!!!!, and all (really all) the small details that make a hotel not just 5 star, but a unique and unforgetable place. We enjoyed the SPA and their facial and body treatments. They really use high quality products and you can see an immediate result! The very same minute we've checked out we were looking to come back :) Hopefully, it won't take us long

The hotel is excellent with cozy rooms, hospitable staff, and delicious food. The Sunday brunch is a must-try and the macaroon master class is fun and tasty. The breakfast with a view of the Swiss alps is superb. The included parking, welcoming staff, and family ambiance are a huge plus. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensure a great stay.

Our recent stay at this luxury hotel was outstanding. the exclusive amenities met all our needs, from the high-quality massages at the Spa center to the refreshing indoor swimming pool. the Sauna and steam room also provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the exceptional service was noticeable, especially the valet parking service and the friendly staff that made us feel welcome. the location was perfect, with striking views, a lovely garden area, and a sun terrace that was perfect for taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Although everything was perfect, we did come across one minor issue: the selection at breakfast was lacking. the continental breakfast consisted of mostly bread, and the limited selection of breakfast items did not meet our expectations.

You can take advantage of the hotel's shuttle service to explore the area, and the Italian restaurant is a great option.

The view from our room was amazing, we had a romantic escape and the cozy atmosphere just added to the experience. the staff were very helpful, they even organized a surprise champagne amenity for us which was a great touch.

The air conditioning in the room was not working very well, which made it difficult to sleep during the hotter nights. the breakfast options were a bit limited, and we didn't find many healthy options.

Great view of the mountains and close to ski-lifts. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

During our stay over Easter, the heat wasn't working properly and we were freezing in our room. , the food was expensive and didn't meet our expectations.
